We began as a Yamaha dealer in the heart of Harrogate, and our personal approach has earned us loyal customers — and friends — from all over the UK.
Our off-road department has been working with Beta since 2000, making us one of the top Beta dealers in the country. What started with just trials bikes quickly grew into a full lineup, now including Enduro, and Trail machines.

Our spacious, modern showroom sits on the outskirts of Harrogate in open countryside. Inside, you’ll find a huge range of new and used Trials, Enduro and Road bikes, and our very own Acklams Beta Teamwear.

Whether you’re after a brand-new machine or something from our used stock, every bike leaves us fully prepared, fully serviced, and ready to ride by our factory-trained technicians.

We’re not just a dealership — we’re part of the sport. We support riders across the UK, helping them progress, develop, and reach their goals. Over the years we’ve proudly backed events such as the British Ladies Championship, the British Youth Championship, The Ripon Motorcycle Club, and the Kirkby Christmas Trial.
